Retention
We keep the data we receive only for as long as needed for the purposes described or required by law, then delete or anonymise it. Data stored on your device remains under your control.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, object to processing and, where it is based on consent, withdraw it. Write to kismetstudio.app@gmail.com: we reply without undue delay and in any case within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with your own country’s authority.

Children
This app is not aimed at children under 14 and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has given us data, contact us and we will delete it.
