Privacy notice

This notice covers the website https://kismetstudio.pages.dev (Kismet Studio). Each app has its own dedicated privacy notice describing the data handled by that specific app: you will find them in the list below.

Processing takes place in Italy, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code).

The website is static and does not require registration. We do not collect personal data other than as described here.

• Browsing data: like any website, our hosting provider may record in technical logs your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, browser and operating system. This is needed to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in the security and operation of the service (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Messages you send us: if you write to us by email, we process your address and the content of the message in order to reply. Legal basis: steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as needed to handle the request and, afterwards, only to protect our rights.

Providing data is optional, but without it we cannot answer your request.

The website does not use profiling or tracking cookies, does not use analytics tools and does not embed third-party content (typefaces are hosted on the site itself). For this reason we do not show a consent banner.

We store a single technical item in your browser, using local storage: your light or dark theme preference (key “theme”), only if you choose one. It stays on your device, is not sent to us, and you can delete it from your browser settings.

Links to Google Play lead to a Google service, which processes data according to its own notices.

The data handled by apps depends on each app and is described in its dedicated privacy notice and in the “Data safety” section of its Google Play listing. To learn how to delete an app’s data, see the dedicated page.

We do not sell your data. Only as far as necessary, it may be received by: the website hosting provider, the email service provider we use, and authorities where required by law. Providers act as processors or independent controllers, as the case may be.

Some providers may be located outside the European Economic Area: in that case transfers rely on an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

You may at any time ask for access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already carried out.

Write to kismetstudio.app@gmail.com: we reply without undue delay and in any case within one month. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the authority of your own country.

The website is not aimed at children under 14 and does not knowingly collect data from them. If you think a child has written to us, contact us and we will delete the data.

We may update this notice, for example when we publish new apps or our providers change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
